toons aren't a filter..... I actually don't use any filters, just the stock photoshop program for pretty much everything......
only filter I used a little is eye candy on some text every now & then, and lucis to enhance the pics, but I have backed off on using that and just been doing it with the regular program...... filters ain't really that great... photoshop will do most of the shit by itself |
